A visit to our website can result in the storage of access information (e.g. date, time, page accessed) on our server. It will not result in any analysis of personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail address).


Transfer and Processing of Personal Data


Collection and processing of personal data requires your prior approval. By contacting us using our contact form, the fields First & Last Name, e-mail address and Your Message are mandatory. We will only use your submitted data to properly answer your request. Alternatively, you can contact us via phone or e-mail; necessary contact details can be found in section contact us.


Data Security

Data security is very important for us. Our website and our customer portal use current safety standards. Therefore any access to our website is only possible via a secured TLS (Transport Layer Security) connection. TLS is a safe and common standard which is also used for online banking and other safe connections. You will recognize the TLS connection via https and the closed padlock icon in the address bar of your browser. This secured transmission includes also your personal data, which you may enter in our contact form.

However, the transmission of data via the Internet can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.

Your Rights as the Data Subject

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (according to Art. 7 GDPR). In this case we will stop processing of your data immediately, which was based on your prior consent.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed (according to Art. 15 GDPR). In particular, this concerns: the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to get information about the source of your personal data, if they were not collected by us, as well as, if applicable, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.

You have the right of rectification without undue delay of inaccurate personal data (according to Art. 16 GDPR).

You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay; except the erasure will affect the right of freedom of expression and information, or if it will affect any compliance with a legal obligation, or if it will affect reasons of public interest (according to Art. 17 GDPR).

Your Right to Object (According to Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular personal situation, at any time to the processing of personal data which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1), including profiling based on those provisions (according to Art. 21 GDPR).

In case of your objection, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of you or for the enforcement, exercise or defense of legal claims.

In case your objection concerns the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes as well as profiling, if directly connected to direct marketing, we will stop processing your data for such marketing, immediately. In this case giving reasons for a particular personal situation is not necessary.
